All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any product or refuse service to any customer. While we strive to show accurate pricing, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the choice of reconfirming or cancelling your order.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST and shipping charges unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida/Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

If you receive damaged, stale, or incorrect packs, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at shreyamishra@urzo.in or WhatsApp us at +91 6306704468 with details and photos of the package. We will process a full refund or send a fresh replacement batch at no extra cost.

2. Cancellations

Since we ship fresh batches within 24 hours, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email.

3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated back to your original mode of payment. The refunded amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

We partner with leading courier services to ensure your packs arrive fresh. Standard transit times are:
