A Note from Our Founder
Hi, I'm Shreya.
Growing up, summers were defined by one delicious tradition: the rich aroma of pure mangoes being slow-pureed, spread onto steel plates, and sun-dried on our terrace to make traditional Amba Poli (mango rolls).
When I searched for that same taste in store-bought options today, I found only fruit bars loaded with added sugars, chemical preservatives, and artificial pulp concentrates. The real mango was missing.
I started URZO to bring back that honest, clean taste of childhood. We source premium mangoes directly from Konkan farms, pureeing and sun-drying them with nothing but a hint of cardamom. No added sugar, no preservatives, no shortcuts.
